Automotive Heavy Duty Roll Cage Z/P/AUTO

This roll pallet is an unusually large size and extremely robust. The roll cage is typically used in the Automotive Industry to deliver car parts to garages, but can be used for any heavy duty application.

The rigid cage sits on a sturdy base from 80x40 box section. The sides are infilled with 4mm mesh which is thicker than standard guage mesh on roll pallets. There are double wardrobe doors on the front of the cage, each with hooks to secure the door flush when fully opened through 270 degrees. The deck is infilled with plastic to limit any marking or damage to the contents. A lid is fitted as standard as well as a dimpled marker board at each end.

Underneath this roll cage are forklift hoops for safety when being moved by forklift. The cage is fitted with 6 wheels, a central pair of fixed castors offer good directional stability and substantial load capacity. The wheel diameter is 125mm, white nylon wheels fitted as standard with an option of rubber wheels and brakes.

The mobile roll pallet is a 4 sided unit with a roof and comes supplied fully assembled. A 3 sided version is possible, please contact us.

The roll cage is manufactured from prime ERW-grade mild steel with joints welded for outstanding strength and durability. Bright electro-zinc plating with a lacquer coat comes as standard, other finishes are available to order.
