4 Sided Mesh A Frame Roll Pallet Z/P/A/4MESH/SINGLEDOOR

A mobile roll pallet for the safe and secure transportation of a wide range of goods built upon a strongly constructed ‘A’ frame chassis which is a nesting design saving warehouse space. This nesting A frame range of roll cages encompasses all types and styles. This standard 4 sided Roll Container has an opening front door which folds back 270 degrees. All sides are infilled with 50x50x3mm mesh offering good load retention for smaller items. To nest when not in use, the steel deck folds up and the sides then fold in. The cages are then nested into the back of each other, inline nesting like a shopping trolley. Nested space saving is 3:1 floor space saving.

The roll cage is manufactured from prime ERW-grade mild steel with joints welded for outstanding strength and durability. Bright electro-zinc plating with a lacquer coat comes as standard, other finishes are available to order.  Wheels are 125mm diameter, choice of  nylon or rubber tyred with roller bearings, and housed to steel castors with a 2 fixed and 2 swivel configuration.

The roll pallet as standard has a single load bearing deck. As an option, an integral shelf can be fitted, fixed though at 2/3 height. This shelf folds up when not in use to allow nesting and the integral design means it cannot be lost

Alternatively, loose shelves can be hooked onto any of the horizontal strands of mesh when cage is assembled.

Also available as an option is a plastic deck. As standard the deck is a steel framed with 5mm rods welded in to form a mesh.
We have a plastic  base which can be fitted instead. This plastic deck offers a flat smooth load surface and also hygenic and easy to clean. Fom stock, blue, purple or red colours are available.
