Thermally Insulated Galvanized Cabinets for 32 Drums Z/DM/MCOF32PS30B

These are premium quality thermally insulated storage cabinets optimised for the storage of drums directly upon 800x1200 or 1200x1200 mm pallets.

The cabinets have two levels of storage above a collection tank and are made from solid galvanized and overpainted sheet steel. The cabinets can store up to 32 x 200 litre drums and are suitable for outdoor installation.

Key features of the cabinets include:

• The door, sides and roof are constructed of galvanized and overpainted sheet metal panels sandwiching mineral wool for insulation
• Mineral wool width 50 - 100 mm depending on cabinet model
• External painting with epoxy primer and finish coat in catalyzed acrylic blue RAL 5010
• Load bearing frame made of rolled steel
• Large collection sump with removable swappable grilles. Volume 2150 litres with a capacity of 1000 Kg per m²
• Two floors of vertical stacked storage
• Two sliding doors with lock and key
• Ground clearance 100 mm with perforated base plates for anchoring to the ground with pins.
• Can be moved by forklift of suitable capacity and fitted with extensions

If you require additional temperature control we have options available. On request, the container can be equipped with a three phase armored electric heater. Alternatively we can supply a container equipped with an isolated air conditioning system for complete temperature control.

We can also fit optional air inlet ventilation grilles for storing flammable substances with the transit area being equivalent to one thirtieth of the layout surface.

For shipping we only charge what it costs us to deliver the cabinets. We charge by the pallet to your postcode, which is calculated in the checkout - or you can collect for FREE from our premises in Kettering. The cabinets have a 4-6 week lead time.
