Delivery
We use several different delivery methods depending upon the product bought. Each product in the store details the delivery methods used. Many items can be collected from our Kettering base therefore incuring no delivery charge. If this option is applicable it will be offered as an option in the checkout.
Pallet based delivery is done using a local haulier. We are charged by the pallet space and by the destination postcode. We will always quote a separate delivery cost, but this can only be determined once your total order and postcode of destination is know. Vat is applicable at the standard rate. Our standard haulier uses a maximum of 5 working day delivery window, although it is generally 2 to 3 days.
Many of our products are stock items and can be despatched straight away. Our mobile steps are built to order. The components are held in stock, with the build of the steps typically 3 to 4 days, and then despatch is up to 5 days. We will quote a current lead lime on application.
Returns
We are happy to receive back any items which are deemed unsuitable by the customer. The intention to return product must be advised within 7 working days of receipt.
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Upon return, goods will be examined and if applicable, a refund or credit note will be issued less the return carriage cost.
- The product to be unused, as new and in saleable condition.
- Should the goods be unfit for resale, no refund will be given.
- Goods will not be accepted back without prior notice.
